Welcome to the “Improving Inter-Professional Communication: Working Effectively in Medical Teams.” seminar (IIPC).

Healthcare professionals often don’t realize how words, tone and actions can impact others. Additionally, most don’t realize how their communication and behavior can undermine a culture of safety and foster medical errors. At times, colleagues and employers may intervene, coaching may be recommended and occasionally, outside resources like this seminar are recommended. Whether you were referred to the course or are simply looking to improve your leadership and communication skills, this course is designed to give you the skills you need to employ professional and effective communication every day in the workplace.
